How do I calculate PayPal USD to INR?

I am buying something on ebay.com. When payment goes through paypal, it doesn't show amount in INR, but in Dollars only.

Is there anyway to find out before making payment?
 
Once upon a time they used to show the price in INR on the page which you were shown and asked to authorize the transaction.
They also showed the conversion rate that they were using.
It was shown as 1 INR = 0.xxxxxx USD
 
Now its now showing guys :|

EDIT: Found it. Just try sending payment and it shows:

PayPal's exchange rate as of 29-Nov-2014: 1 Indian Rupee = 0.0154817 US Dollars
 
^^ Just made a purchase on ebay.com yesterday via credit card using Paypal gateway and it does show the conversion value at the end. In fact, my credit card was also billed in INR rather than $ as is the usual case for me with international transactions.
 
Used Paypal 3 times in last two days, everytime both the INR value and USD value was displayed.
 
Why the paypal rate is too high?
I have done an payment through Amazon.com & they charged me around 61.70 Inr per $

well, we often forget that currency exchange rates fluctuate a lot (even during a single day) !
And conversion rate is low when a Bank / PayPal converts US$ to Indian rupee (to credit a/c)
it is high when we pay for something - converting Rupees to US$
