How do I check the fps in NFS MW2

Hi,
I just bought a new PC and am playing NFS MW2. How do I see how much FPS I'm getting.
I want to see if I'm getting 60fps.

i5-3550 and HD 6670 1GB DDR5. 1080p
 
I checked it and I got 15-20fps in MW2 ( the graphics looked awesome though). Did'nt feel like i was slow or anything as I have'nt even played anything even half as good as it is right now.
I want to play a racing game@60fps :D
I have bought Hot pursuit (2010).
My config is i-5 3550 and AMD HD 6670 DDR5 1GB.
How do I see what racing games I can play@60fps before buying them?

Just make sure you are at-least at par OR better than the Recommended requirements of the game.

There is still no guarantee the game will run butter smooth though.

Hit the forums (for the game in question) and talk to the members for the best settings that your graphic card can handle (because your processor is fine, that card not so much).
 
OK.. I tried installing Hot pursuit and I got an error. I already have most wanted 2 installed. It has nothing to do with the error on HP right?
The worst part is the set-up is not in english, so I can't even read what the error says :(
I get the same error everytime 75% of the installation is over.

Any tips?
