How do I get emails from old hard drive 2 new one?

I installed windows on a new hdd and need to get emails off my old hdd that I couldn't repair or restore windows on. The drive is accessible as a slave :clap:

BTW - I am using Outlook 2003

Search for "*.pst" on the slave drive.

when found, Import that PST file into your new Outlook Installation

thanks alot, i had found my address book but didn't know what extension to look for to get emails.

Usually this is stored under the following path -

C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

Where "Owner" is where your User Profile information is stored.

Just copy every thing under the "Outlook" directory.

search for *.pst(if you are not sure whether you have moved your pst file to some other location) The local settings folder are hidden by default, so please check the attribute before searching.You can copy paste PST file to desired location or simply open the Outlook,click on file menu and open--->pst then browse the file path and you are through.
