PC Peripherals How do I know whether my memory is running in dual channel or not

I have two 512mb transcend sticks
Cpu Z shows them in 3rd and 4th slot
How do I know whether they are in dual channel or not
Or is it tht they run in dual channel irrespective of wat slot u put it in

I have
Amd 64 3200+
Asus A8N SLi
