how do i : load html page inside email ?

:S been trying to figure this out for a while...but im not able to get to it...

what im trying to do is as follows..
i have a .html file loaded on the net....the .html has a image file on it...and image has multiple image maps on it.....

what i want to do is...

say i want mr. x to get access to the site...
so i want to send the mail to x@xyx.com
when the mail opens the body of the mail should LOAD / Contain the html page and then what follows will follow....

something on the lines of sending a newsletter or something like that....
please assist asap.....

sending rich text email will carry images and hyperlinks but not the code i want the page to carry along...

going thru the link u mentioned....hoping to find some source of info from the links on that page...thanks for posting..
