How do I pay my customers from my website?

I am planning to build a project for my final year wherein customers would have a account at my site.

When they make a payment request i would like to transfer the requested amount to their bank accounts.
I will have all the details of bank account, ifsc code a/c no and so on.
The money resides in a bank account i will create for the project

What would be the best and most automated way of doing it?

I could be wrong but I think you need some middleman liker billdesk, CCAvenue for this.

is there a way to bulk neft transactions??
maybe at the end of the day i could make all the requested payments using neft.

wont be fully automated but atleast less manual work.

Don't know about NEFT for sure, we do bulk-credit to the employee's salary accounts with SBI for our monthly salary payments. You can create a transaction file and upload it a one go. Then confirm the transaction thru your netbanking account and the multiple credits are done.
