How do i setup an Mrouter?

Desktop Message is a sybmbian software used to send smses from your comp through your phone via bluetooth.Ive been trying to get Desktop Message to work on my comp for a while now, but it says i dont have an Mrouter setup. I tried looking around for what it was in the first place (new to smartphones) or how to set one up, But there were no noobified explanations :S .
Can someone guide me through the process? Here are the details. Not sure if its needed or if its sufficient.

Phone : Nokia 6260
Bluetooth Dongle : Belkin

Mrouter is a part of the nokia fone suite utility afaik. So you need to install that first to get mrouter.

thats odd. i already had the nokia suite installed.

Btw configure access to mrouter if you have a firewall installed. Mrouter acts funny especially with ZA.
