U can subscribe to a thread:



A list of threads u have subscribed to, is in the user control panel.
 
Click on thread tools.
And select the subscribe to thread option.
This will subscribe to the thread and it will show up in your user cp as and when new replies are there.

Demo of the same is shown by Ein above.
