CPU/Mobo How is Biostar's A.S.S?

As these boards are most recommended on this forum for AMD platform.I am interested in knowing the After Sales Service experience. does anyone has any RMA experience about Biostar boards? platform Kindly share

As far as i know, Companies itself do not provide any after sales service in India. Its the product distributor that matters.
Biostar all India distributor is Abacus Peripherals. If something goes wrong, it will be the distributor that will handel things. So it all depends on the particular distributor.
I personally never buy a product associated with Rashi Peripherals.

Well my friend's Biostar TA790GXBE was giving him memory error...

So he RMA'ed it and received a new board in 8 days.... so Biostar's services seems good..

By the way the board he RMAed was very new it was used only for 2 days...

By the way RMA is handled by ABACUS..

Pretty acceptable in my case too.

One of my frend gave him mob for RMA to me, and got it back within 10~11 days. Far better than Rashi I might say.

abacus service in general is good so it goes for all their products like sparkle, biostar, asrock, zion ram, etc...
