As far as i know, Companies itself do not provide any after sales service in India. Its the product distributor that matters.
Biostar all India distributor is Abacus Peripherals. If something goes wrong, it will be the distributor that will handel things. So it all depends on the particular distributor.
I personally never buy a product associated with Rashi Peripherals.
