The ups is very good,I've got the same model myself,what's your system config,mention that as well,the ups gives 20 min backup easily.
 
my system config : Intel Pentium dual core E5400

: 3 GB ddr2 kingston Ram

: 2*160 Seagate barracuda IDE hdd

:14'' CRT monitor

:1 Adsl 2+ Wifi Router

: USB speakers
 
I will stay with APC for their reliability, brand and trust since many years. It also costs within 2k. Cant quote the model though but there are 1-2 models within that range and are very good in all respects.

Go for the APC BR600VA-IN ~1900/-, I trust APC because of their support system, it should give you a back-up of around ~10 --> 15 minutes easy.

At the entry level, you can also look at the Numeric Digital 600 Plus.

Unlike the APC it has a serial port to connect with your PC, which can co-ordinate with the software to automatically shut-down on low battery.

The one downside is that it comes with a 1 year on-site warranty instead of 2 year like the APC.
