Hi, I am Sanchita, the co-owner of the e-com site www.indiacod.com. would be privileged to answer/handle any queries about the site and products on this platform. i leave it to others to comment on reputation/service of the site. with regards to the product link, i may add that the item RC E190 being sold on site is a copy item/direct import and not HTC manufactured and hence carries no service/guarantee from the company here. it is hence being offered with seller replacement warranty. the site has a mix of both warranty and no-warranty products. do keep checking about them and let us know about ur feedback
