Graphic Cards How is intel ARC 380 for video editing?

How good is intel ARC card for video editing ( no gaming ) currently available for 8.1k after bank discounts . will it run on the hardware listed below is there any other cards under 10k which can edit full hd ?

you should also mention which program you will use for editing, but yeah for the price-8k it's very good, closest in terms of a380 is 1660 and rx6600.

mainly using Davinci resolve ,
in the recommended hardware list 500 series mobo is given is any one here runs it on b450
