How are the services of LNC broadband? They are being contracted for providing telecom/internet services in our township (under construction). The internet plans being offered are similar to those of ACT (not listed on the web site).

I wonder how they got contract to provide services. From what i know ACT usually wins bids because they bid less to provide Intercom/Broadband services in Townships, LNC might have put a bid which is way way less.
