How is Pacenet broadband ??

I was exploring at a few options for taking a new broadband connection at my home here in Borivali (west), Mumbai. I have access to very limited operators here (only Triband and Pacenet are available).
Any clue how is pacenet broadband ? I had heard bad reviews about it sometime back.
