How is spectranet isp ?

Well i have used spectranet in mumbai 3 years ago and it was the worse isp i have ever used. I would rather not use the net then use spectranet. If however, in ur place if u get MTNL or BSNL go for it.
 
BSNL is useless for torrent downloading. Had that connection for a month and kicked it out and opted for airtel.. W.R.T spectranet even the consumer complaints website says the same.... Those B******s give an attractive 70GB as FUP limit and cheat customers with a worst QOS and CC....
