How is the Panasonic FS4?

Hey guys,

came across this on the JJmehta website. Heres the link Panasonic

Panasonic Lumix FS4 Digital Camera - 8 Megapixel

Seems similar to the LZ8 except only 4X optical zoom compared to 5X of the LZ8 and uses a built in Lion battery. For sale on JJMehta for 6750 with a 2 GB card included. The LZ8 is no longer available.

Any idea how this model is? Also JJmehta does not mention any details of warranty? Photospeed in bangalore claimed that cameras from JJmehta are grey market and do not come with official warranty :S

Photospeed had the Lz8 with him for 7500 and on Ebay its for 6750. And now the FS4!! Damn im confused. Please help guys

Its the only Panasonic compact not to have Optical Image Stabilisation.

Ouch that sucks! No OIS is a really bad omission. Will prob pick up the LZ8 itself from Ebay. Thanks
