How is the quality of service for you telecom in chennai?

Hi guys,

Currently iam on an fup free Airtel broadband connection which gives me 1mpbs in day and 2mbps in the night.
Its costing me almost 2K a month :( . So i stumble across you broad band thier "12Mbps and 1 mbps after fup" seems nice. so to all the people who are using you broad band can you tell me how good is it?
1. How is the downtime?
2. How is the CC
3. Do the service engineers attend my problems promptly?
4. How is the overall quality of service?

I would suggest you also mentioned your area since here in Pune the service of YOU is varying as per area. I have seen people from adjoining area complaining a lot while people in my area are satisfied with its service and that is what it prompted me to get YOU broadband.
