   • PSU - corsair vs 450(do i need more power?)

Config which you have listed have AMD Processor with Intel Mobo, which ain't compatible.

I would suggest following

AMD FX-6300 ~7500
Gigabyte GA 970A DS3 ~5500
Kingston HyperX Blu 4GB ~2800
WD Blue 500GB ~3400
Seasonic S12 II 430W ~3700
Sapphire HD7770 ~8000
Dell S2240L ~9000
Generic Cabinet without PSU ~1000

This costs approx 40K

If you are not overclocking, you do not need after market cooler.

This will NEVER do for 1080p gaming.

PSU - corsair vs 450(do i need more power?)

Replace this. Its not the "wattage" but the "reliability" which bothers me. TBH i wouldnt buy something under the CX-series. Perhaps you should keep reliability issues as an important factor too.
You need something more than HD6670 (this is an old model btw) for 1080p gaming. And with better card you'll need better psu. IMO Seasonic S12II 520W, whatever videocard you get.
For the chassis get the Bitfenix Merc. Best case in its range imo.
