PC Peripherals How long it takes to replace any logitech product?

I have Logitech M 100 optical mouse bought last year from prime and still under 3 months warranty.

It has developed a weird issue. The right click, scroll and middle button works simply fine. But the left button is acting abnormally...when clicked once on any folder or any item, it just clicks multiple times and multiple items of the file/folder/app etc. gets open thus having a pain to close those extras. Worst is while playing games..it fires multiple bullets and so my armory struggles.

Coming to the point...i will be heading to prime on this monday, so can i expect an on the spot replacement or do i need to wait for 15 days long???
 
If they have stock they will replace the mouse on spot else take some time say 2 days.
Try to reason out that without mouse you cant access the computer and u need it urgently.

I got a new wireless keyboard in 1 day bcause they didn't have stock and it was only used for 2 months. This happened 4 yrs back. So now the situation might have changed.
 
I gave my MX518 mouse to Neoterics in NP Delhi, on 11th June, till date i have not got any proper update, they say they are going to give CN but it will take another 15 days :X
 
ok . so i was tagged here. sharing my experience.Rashi peripherals was crowded.at the onset they would like to reject your claims citing expiration of warranty.my keyboard and mouse had manufacture date of may-09 and the sale was done on jul-09.on inspection of the manufacture date they would give you reasons like the date is expired and it does not have warranty.A noob will believe this story and walk away.produce your sales receipt (not kuccha receipt) but VAT paid receipt to get warranty claimed.depending upon the product life cycle you may get a similar replacement.the probability of over the counter replacement would be less unless you insist and try to make it a point to get it done as fast as possible.since my product was a keyboard and mouse combo i insisted to get it done over the counter because without the keyboard i wont be able to boot my computer.on saying they wont do it. i took my products from them and made arrangements for backup.next day when i visited rashi to submit the combo i got over the counter replacement. depends on your luck though :P
 
They took 3 days to replace my mouse. Something as common as a Mouse shouldn't need 3 days for replacement.
 
I have my MX518 at Neoteric for over two weeks now, the problem is that MX518 is EOL, so they are having problem replacing it, I too have Rashi center in my city, but choose Neoteric due to the awful experience many had on TE with them
 
Doesn't SAVEX COMPUTERS LTD. handle logitech After SS ??

PS: I got Logitech Optical USB mouse and its acting weird lately(multiple clicks, problem selecting text etc)... But I don't have invoice, so would I get replacement ? AFAIK seagate don't ask for invoice...
