how many fans can a regular local pc take

i mean, do it affect the powere much ?

i am talking about local fans, the 30 rupee ones, i already have 3 but as i am gettinga gfx card soon, i might have to increase that number soon
and i dont have a fan option in the front, can something be done about that ?
 
Almost every cabinet has the front FAN option. Even the cheapest chinese one. Have a careful look. You might find kind of grating which is supposed to be the intake space. That should be the place for front fan.

Also adding more fans wont possibly affect your system as a Rs. 30 fan is generally rated at 12 V , 0.12 - 0.2 amp. That comes out to be 1.5 W - 2.5 W approx. which is very low when compared to other components. So it's safe to add more fans to your cabinet if it allows to.
 
hey instead of fitting an external fan get a card which has a fan built on it.U have 3 fans already so it wont matter much if the card has a fan built on it already!
