Hi Guyz ,

I have Got The Football Feaver ! And for The past 6-7 Hours I am Glued to my TV coz I am Playing The EA Fifaworld cup 2006 :D ! Trust Me its a very Good Game ! Perfect to get in the mood of some FOOTBALL ! I Have Chosen England and I Have Reached the semifinals :ohyeah: ! My Next match is with Germany :( ! BTW I am Playin on The professional Level ( Tough ):@ ! I Must Tell u , I am Having an awesome Time with it ! In Particular One match against Argentina was spectacular ! The match went Till Extra Time and with Just 20 sec to go , I scored a Sectacular Goal with a Header ! Guess who was the scorer : Rooney :clap: !

I am Sure many of u wud be playin some soccer game Nowdays ( if not fifa world cup ) ! Plz Share ur Experiences ! :)
 
^^ Yup , I am Having The winning eleven series , agreed it has better gameplay but wat abt the atmosphere ? Just play fifa world cup 2006 to know wat I Truly Mean ! The atmosphere is spectacular ! we Play for the world cup and the presentation is simply awesome ! with all the official worldcup stadiums , every Teams National anthems , Gr8 Commentry and Brilliant Lighting ! It would Look even Nicer on a PC:)!
 
Man...play Winning Eleven...Aveplayed more football than you (even on the consoles/PC,trust me ;) ) WE ownz everything else...LOL...makes u jubilant one moment and the next moments ur mad at urself after throwing the controller down,LOL. WE owns everything else.

Well DC, I play FIFA series only for the authenticity, graphics, etc. and I don't really find WE lacking in that sense even though the gameplay rocks..
 
I don't like too much realism in games. I know WE excels in the gameplay department and no other game can beat it but still I prefer the EA series coz of its brilliant graphics, excellent presentation, licensed players/teams etc. etc. and the gameplay isn't bad either. I'm not a die-hard gamer. I play games for fun and i truly enjoy the FIFA series. I've heard that FIFA 2006 WC game includes many new features and is much improved. Looking forward to getting it soon. :)

LOL gameplay in WE isnt hardly realistic at all, its just makes more sense and faster.
Thats one of the major realism flaws of WE, its just too fast, no one plays futbol so quickly...
 
^^ Exactly. Its a bit too kiddish for me, and of course I'm addicted to the official merchandising of FIFA :D

WE/PES gameplay rocks and its not scripted unlike FIFA, where I can score kiddish goals from the "sweet spot" outside the 20 yard box.All goals seem the same, unlike in PES/WE where the goals and action aren't scripted and the sheer joy of scoring a goal after a good build-up rox!!!

As for the authenticity and stuff...there are zillions of patches to convert the names/kits to the real ones (if you are ready to look, that is...).

And FIFA Graphics better than WE??OMG....:rofl:

FIFA 2003 was the last good instalment of the game.A huge downturn followed from 2004 where all the goals scored were same (and they showed the build-up using the stupid arrows $hit as if showing the build-up on the drawing board.....EA Suxxxxx).

EA hired (tempted actually) developers from Konami as the WE/PES Series was eating into FIFA PC Series substantially.

I'll maybe make a composition soon to show what you can do in PES that can never ever be done in FIFA (Have zillions of goals and movoes on my comp lying idle,LOL).
 
I don't know why, but even after hearing all the praises for WE i still don't feel like playing WE...I enjoy playing FIFA and the graphics are excellent, it quenches my thirst of playing football, so it doesn't matter if there exists a better game out there....FIFA is doing a good job anyways.....
 
for once i agree with DC :P ..........WE is 10 times better then Fifa series no doubt as it open ended game where u score a goal in thousand ways....

LOL..I played with Blackburn rovers in FIFA 2003 and won every concievable title including EPL,FA Cup,UEFA Champions League (:rofl:),League Cup,Intertoto CUp.

i am playing with west ham in FIFA 2006 and i am unbeaten in all laegues and cups for last 6 seasons and i average 250 goals per season in league
 
ok finaly got WE9I .. and the game is 100 time better than FIFA 06.. infact after getting hold of the key configs .. it seems like fifa is a piece of crap :ohyeah:
and who said the fifa has better graphics ??? lol go check ur eyesight... we9i all the way :clap:
 
i agree that we9 is better than FIFA but WE9 is too much slower than FIFA
FIFA is very quick game to play i have just finished playing PES 5 and now i feel the difference playing FIFA
