How much money do you spend every year on computer upgrades??

Funny that lot of Americans consider Graphic card upgrades as a costly affair when even the high end ones wouldnt even be 10% of the incomes of even middle class people living there...Whereas for many of us it turns out to be half our salaries.
Now if I we cud get 8800GTX for roughly 10% (say 5k) of our monthly earnings how would it look like...8800GTX for 5k...wow...

It looks like I am spending more than I earn :rofl: 1.25L earnings and 1.8L spent in the last 3 months.
I spent like 75k for computer upgrades in the last 3 months courtesy of Dell and ATi and more to spend in Jan and again in March. Damn, why do nVidia and ATi make a new GPU every 6 months
ummmm, am still in college, my source of money is my parents and grandparents and not to forget my little brother to whom i still owe 5k:ashamed: .
Won't be upgrading anything till next year november, just giving my sources sometime to breath lol

Dude, do not forget that some of the basic expenses that are barely 10% of a regular middle class guy's salary here come close to 50% for a regular American middle class guy... (Rent, groceries, parking etc.) thereby leaving you with a higher disposable income (as a % of ur income) at the end of the month
