How Much Sleep Do You Really Need?

Same here except mine is 12-1:00 because i have school next dayy :(
 
I usually have only time to sleep for like 7hrs daily. Getting sleep for 8hrs is rare and I only get that time on weekends, which for me is only a sunday. If I’m extremely lucky than 9hrs or more which is really really rare. Since I workout at the gym and my job too sometimes involves running around. With only 7hrs of sleep most of the time, it does seem to take a toll on me. Muscle sore and symptoms of less sleep like headaches etc are common as it does not give enough time for my worked out muscles to recover. After I started my job I have come to realize the importance of sleep and rest.
I feel very energetic the days I get 9hrs of sleep or more but otherwise have to push myself to get up daily. I envy people who sleep for very few hours and still are able to leave a healthy lifestyle.

I read somewhere on the net a few months back that the ideal amount of time one should sleep is 8hrs and 9hrs for people who workout.
