How much to pay for 2GB Samsung 800MHz DDR2

Hi
I got this offer for Samsung 2GB 800MHz DDR2 for 1,400. There is no invoice and no warranty, but the seller insists that the RAM is in very good condition. Is the price justified?

Ask for 1,400 shipped. Also ask for DOA warranty.
He has 0 feedback and seems a bit new so becareful :P
 
Thanks I live in Gurgaon where he lives, so I guess shipping should be no problem. I think the warranty is crucial point - I will ask for it (I don't want to end up with a faulty hardware without company warranty)!
