I want to use the following rig-

MOB: P5N-E-SLI
CPU: P4 3.0 GHz
RAM: DDR2 2GB 800 MHz
GPU: Palit 9600 GT 512 mb ddr3
HDD: 160 GB SATA
ODD: DVD-RW IDE

How much watt consumed by this config. &

is it possible to run this with a PSU like ASUS A-35G--350 Watt.

Yeah, a good quality 400 - 450W PSU (from the likes of Corsair, Seasonic etc.) should serve your system well, for years to come.

A little headroom is always recommended to account for capacitor aging, inefficiencies and minor upgrades.
