How reliable is Tata Broadband?

Using 1Mbps plan for about 3 weeks now, zero downtime and generally get 4 times the promised speed atleast. Cant ask for better than that

i used it in pune .. where they just ran a lan cable from a central router on top of the appartment block. it was ok but used to have downtime of a day at least once a month. it was pretty bad at first like once a week but improved after a few months

Been using 512 kbps ul for past 5 months, had some problems initially with the weather, but so far very rare downtimes.

i can vouch for very minimal downtimes as welll...... even if you have any problems.. just dont call their customer care....its pathetic and if you call at around 2 or 3 ....u get this guy who will talk english which you can never ever understand ...

yes they have crappy customer service but the net itself is not bad at all
