How to Access ZEDGE ?

Showing 'The URL you requested has been blocked as per instructions from Department of Telecom(GRG). URL = www.zedge.net/'.
Any way to access this site and can be login too ?
Please share alternative of this site too!

But,there is no Turbo option.
