Hi,
Sorry for this silly question. I was trying to insert image from my local drive but when I click on "Image" icon above the text area icon bar, it is asking for URL or not giving be browse option to pick image from my drive.

Upload it to imgur.com, or any other photo uploading site, and then copy & paste the BBCode given after uploading the image.

It will be something like:
Code:
[ATTACH=full]36347[/ATTACH]

The IMG opening and closing tags enclose the image URL. Pasting the image URL in the forum pop-up box does the same thing by automatically adding the IMG tags to your URL.

If uploading to TE., use the Upload a file button next to Post reply.

I am using firefox and flash is installed.
How to check if it is blocked or not? I checked the options of that add-on, not found option of blocking or not, also add-on is enabled.
I also checked the browser options. Blocked ones are : pop-ups, attack sites, web forgeries. I tried to unblock the pop-up, still not working.

Put techenclave .com in the whitelist. By default all websites are blocked in the Flashblock add-on, which I think you are referring to.

The best method is still the one I said before (at least for me): upload it to an external photo hosting site and paste the URL here within IMG opening and closing tags.

^^I tried to upload using imgur, not able to upload there too. Something wrong with browser/plugin. Can someone point me the flash app they are using with firefox.

Neither TE nor imgur use flash to upload, so I don't think flash is the problem. Are you able to upload files on any site?

No add on to block anything.
However Javascript is enabled in content tab of options in firefox.

Browser is restarting 3-4 times a day and machine cold boot everyday. :D
This is not today's problem, facing from last many days.
