How to Auto-refresh a Web Page?

Hello folks!

I want to know is there a way to automatically reload a web page? What I mean is I open a certain web page and every 5 minutes that web page should auto-refresh itself. Is this possible? If it is, how is it done?

Opera I think has an option by default. I'm not sure.
For firefox, use the reloadevery addon.
It might be available for chrome too, I guess. I'm not sure.

If you are using Opera, right click on the page, "Reload Every" -> and select the duration. Can be one of the pre-set durations or a custom one for as many seconds as you wish
