How to Backup files over LAN in windows 10

Is there a method to backup folders automatically over LAN in windows 10. My purpose is to retrieve files in case hard disk of my work station crashes. I just want to do automatic periodic system at my office over LAN.[DOUBLEPOST=1482463652][/DOUBLEPOST]bump....

Use any external storage drives available. Example - WD My Book 4TB external USB 3.0
You can use any good software that will allow backup to network drives on hourly or daily basis. Example Karen's Replicator. You can set destination folder to a windows shared folder (in the external drive) connected to another (or your own) machine.

Dont want to use any external storage drives (I have access to many systems over LAN in my office)
