how to block all sites except only one?

I want to block all sites on network except only one.. Can i do that with any software or any editing?

I am using Internet Explorer In office....

in order to block one site, you can use the hosts file.

look for it in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc

you will find a file called hosts

open it with notepad and you may find many lines

add the following
127.0.0.1 xxxxxx.com

where xx is the site address

Actually what you ask is pretty easy. You can use what are called blacklists (do not allow these) and whitelists (allows only these) available in most firewalls. I'm not sure whether XP SP2 firewall has whitelists, but most of the freeware firewalls do have this facility.

As I said, use a whitelist. Then set your firewall to block all sites except those on the whitelist.
