Android How to block installation of specific or any app

Is there a way I can block the installation of a specific or any apps on the android phone? Even if it requires a password separate from the lock screen it will do.

You could probably look at any of the app locking apps. Like this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.domobile.applock
It can lock google play store too, so your purpose is solved.

Perfect. It also has the option to lock install and uninstall of apps. I hope I don't forget the password though.
