How to change bsnl scheme

hi guys i have ordered bsnl broadband service of home 500 plan but they have provided me start up plan of 250.

I want to change the plan so how can i do it?

and wht is this thing called access service in bsnl page.

If you have Copy of form you submit with them, just visit BSNL Account Officer and inform him/her about same, they may be divert plan and charge you accordingly.
