How to change other player's name in Cs

Go to the other player's PC and type /name "Whatever" in the console

@ rocky: "name[space][nick]" (without quotes, of course)
Ex: in console, when playing if u type - name MASK, result - Player !@#@#$$ changed name to MASK
name MASK%is%da%pro, result - player MASK changed name to MASK is da pro
