How to change Tata Photon+ MAC id???

Hey,
I wanted to ask how to change the MAC ID of a Photon+ device...
Its actually some blue colored hauwi stick...

Also I wanted to know the general difference between internet throung USB and internet through LAN...
Ie. In their working, and in their tweeking...

most probably because there are too many illegal consequences regarding that with a portable modem than with a fixed address based LAN.
 
Have you tried any Windows Based Spoofers? Most will detect your modem as a Network Device and allow you to change. BTW Spoofing MAC ID is NOT illegal. Towers have loads of other info to identify a device by rather than just the MAC ID
