How to check if plan has been changed or not in BSNL?

One of my friend's has a BSNL connection...the one with the 1 GB limit. He has paid the extra money and all to get it upgraded to the new unltd scheme.

HOw to check if the new scheme has started or not??

Any website to check all that ??

I have no idea abt BSNL.... hope you guys can help.
 
yup,i'm in the same trouble yaar.............only GOD knows when they r going to transfer/change my plans 2 UL?......................but didn't pay a single penny extra for plan changes.................is that a MUST? ..............i asked the CO-BSNL abt the same............but he replied in negative & hence no money given ! Well CO said wait 1 week......& that's what i m patiently doing!!!
 
simply login to PORTAL and go to Service Order Records

I use to check like cisco_tech as shown .........Just look 4 service records..........However acct usage checking can't be done from Mozilla Firefox or Opera browser but IE is needed to view it

First Check that with FF 1.5.0.4 & beyond & say anything!
 
Thanks cisco_tech. I was trying to find out this thing. Did a google search and landed up over here :D
Btw, account usage checking can be done from Opera. All you need to do is to mask as ie.
 
ya... u need to do that frm ie explorer nd also u need to have that chinese traditional language pack installed

u don't need IE to check the portal. Use http://10.240.144.195/noie_webLogin.jsp instead & FF as well as Opera sail through although the chinese traditional pack is required as the portal is made by Huawei & these guys have made some back-end encodings in chinese. Then as cisco_tech has shown use the service records to find what the latest work order is there. Whenever the work order is updated check the service order records after that moment. It should show 0 in charges.
