Hello All,

I am trying to find if the Samsung SSD I purchased is genuine or not.
I checked in Samsung Magician software, it shows N/A in drive health and temperature.
In drive details, I can see all the details like Name, Serial no., Firmware etc. but it doesn't show as Genuine in Serial no. The SSD firmware is latest.
I had an old Samsung SSD I purchased from an online retailer, that show all the above details like drive health, temperature. Also shows Genuine in drive details Serial no. column.
I searched online and found that I have to switch to AHCI mode (previously it was IDE), didn't help.
Magician is updated to latest version 8.3.1. Also tried with an old version 7.3, same result.
I have attached both SSD's to SATA on motherboard.
Is there anything else I can do?
Thank you.
