Nowadays, my cpu temp (overclocked from 2.8 to 3.36ghz) is 17-20 degree (Idle), 25-28 (on load).

Is this temp fine ? OR some problem with temp sensors ??

What is your configuration?

The temperatures are excellent but I say the winter dip is playing its role there.

He is from North India.

Even my current idle temperatures are nice and cheery, 27° -->28° C.

Load temperatures ~ 40° -->44° C.

All verified by Core Temp.

Either the calibration is off OR you are running extremely well.

What is the ambient temperature in the room where the computer is placed?

I switch ON the AC (just to check the room temp)...it's 22-24 degree..
May be there is some problem with sensors..
