How to compress GIF without losing animation?

Using a GIF converter where the size reduces but lost animation. only 1st frame of animation is to be seen.

Ne help or software where i get full animation + reduced size? hyeah:

if you have imagready, use it.

for cs3, use import > video frame to layers > press * in the location dialog and select the gif (you'll need quicktime 7.x installed) Optimize through "Save for web and devices"
