How to configure Linksys Router for Fivenet Broadband connection

Hi!
I am from Mumbai, Mazgaon-Ghodapdev area. I have Fivenet Broadband internet connection. They use PPPOE protocol to connect to internet.
I need to configure it on the wireless router. I get PPPOE in connection type and have type user name and password.
I have even done MAC cloning still I am not able to connect to net.
Is something I am missing?
I have Linksys Wireless Router
Model number is WRT54G
