How to connect remote PC over Internet(Behind Firewall)

Hey friends, I want to connect my Office PC from my Home PC over internet. How can I do that??

Office PC is as usual behind firewall, so simple VPN / SSH Solution wont work here.

BTW I'm using Linux on both the PC's. Thought of Team-Viewer, but I won't be there in the office to accept connection. Can I set to accept connections automatically??

Or any other feasible way??
