How to convert google connected account with user name

Title seems confusing so let me explain, i have created my account by connecting my Google account so i can easily login on my phone & home but in my office Google login is disabled so i cannot login unless i have a username & password..... Cant use my Google login details as login but it says incorrect login.... Suggest how to create password i can use in office login

Dissociate Google account and then setup password.

Also OP - If your office is blocking Google login, then clearly then the IT staff is not SSO aware and are a bunch of nitwits.
