how to convert images to video

hi all members i wanted to know if there is any such software to convert images to a video.
the software must be able to resize the image and able to convert to mpeg4 :hap2:
 
lots of apps are available like slideshow maker.

I once used one called picture to TV, it cud make HQ video in avi, MP4 etc from pictures. Lots of transition effects, background mucis, and add texts/gfx wherever wanted in b/w the video.
 
i want a software that could resize the image and then convert it to a movie , is that possible?
any other software other than Windows Movie Maker
 
The is no need for resizing, coz all size pics are made into same size before video creation. You can choose hot to , like stretch, fit etc.
