how to destroy a mobo/hdd/cdrom ?

did not find any proper section so posted here....;)

now...i have some old (Hdds are 3-5 GBs'):ohyeah:systems in my dads' office that would be destroyed physically in 2 few days....he has given me full permission to do 'whatever' i want....so i want to try out some anarchist stuff....plz lemme know how one can destroy a mobo,hdd,or optical drive thru 'softwres'. . . not phyiscally like banging it...;)
i guess the first reply would be to attack BIOS..that i can anyday do...any other things....?
i wont be able to do it after this saturday...by then (on friday) it would have been destroyed,,,:)
 
@super_saiyan: If these components are in a working condition why not donate them to someone who needs them rather than just destroying them. :)

the systems are over 15 yrs old....btw my dad doesnt want any part of the pc to be alive after friday...talks abt some confidential stuff...half of the pcs' dont work.. i have only a handfew to test out .. what i wanted to do from a few years...

@kumar : thats agr8 informational link u gave....but i am not technical enough to do those stuff.....i'm surprised noone is giving me exactly what i want : howto : --> destroy a hardware from software...:!
will bios attack a pc today & tell u ppl tonight..
 
send me the hdd';s pls :P.
or put a 2200 mf 1000 volta capacitor across the psu live and neutral and power ur rig on!! :d
for hdd's change the molex connectors.
