How to Disable new Hardware Found Message !

Bleh problems dont seem to leave me alone, well this is the case. Whenever i boot its giving me loads of new hardware found messages like

Found new Plug and Play Monitor

Found SCI RAID host or something, i get 2 messages of this sort

Found CD rom

Found DVD rom

How can disable these, its getting frustrated that they pop up all the time on startup. In Device Manager everything has been properly installed and nothing is missing. Please help !! I have a DFI Lanparty Mobo

In most of cases these drivers are installed by windows on its own.

Still if its coming , go ahead with driver installation , let windows search dirvers , if drivers are not found then a screen will come showing faliure message , and there will be check box saying do not search for this driver again , check it , and there you go.
