How to do a " VIDEO SCREENSHOT"......?

Hello....!
I want to know how to make a video screenshot, like the ones they show on video toutorials of softwares, games etc....

Please help...!

^^ There are tons and tons of encoders available like total video converter for that purpose.

There will be some quality loss if you will encode so better first record a small video and convert it in different sizes and see what's acceptable for you.

For video tutorials resolution of 640X something with 1000+ video bitrate will be more than enuf

Best size to quality ratio will be in mkv with H264 but you will have to use softwares like megui for that. Setting and using megui is not that easy. But if you want I can guide you via pm. I used to do some encoding of movies earlier on.

handbrake will be easier to use
