How to download the disgusting vids from these sites?

My friend wants me to find a way to download the HQ streaming videos from the following sites:

1. SAGES Educational Video Library. Free access for all! | Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons

2. Laparoscopic surgery on WeBSurg, the e-surgical reference

I found the videos very disturbing n disgustiing but my friend loved them. He has more of these vids than prons.

This is what I use as FireFox addons to download embedded videos.

Flashgot with IDM

and Video Download Helper

I prefer flashgot though cause it catches ANY media on the webpage while Video Download Helper fails at times, plus it starts the download in my download manager, which is all the much better.

It catches links very easily, I just got this off FlashGot - mms://216.55.133.168/videolibrary/sages/MS1028_1.wmv
