How to download videos from youtube channels

Videos from youtube can be downloaded by various means.
But some of the videos belong to a particular channel which cannot be downloaded by any youtube download softwares that i tried.
Eg: The videos 'http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ugiANaZQSkI&feature=watch-now-button&wide=1' or 'http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BkNc2rlLSgk&feature=watch-now-button&wide=1' belong to youtube channels and cannot be downloaded by many of the video download softwares like internet download manager, etc i tried. They only seem to download a .htm file and nothing more. Please let me know if there are any softwares that help in doing this.

try using unlocker and copy the temp file.... simple.

whatever flash videos you are viewing stored in %temp% in the name of flaxxx.tmp where xxx represents some variable number. so, simply use unlocker to copy to desktop and change to movie.flv...

^^, yup i too tried but sometime it doesnt work for most of the time,,

do you know that "nt" method, adding "nt" before the address, such as ntyoutube.com/.... it too doesnt work for most of the time..

Buddy, use VDH, works for me, I can see the link to flv file. However, these being films, dont think its good to try to get these. Else try freerapid/jdownloader.

well, use IDM ver 6.0 or later to download any videos from any site. This works perhaps, just use Advanced Browser Integration. Whenever you play any video or audio, IDM can capture links and you can download it through IDM. :)

yes, i have IDM 6.X & its integrated with my FF 7.0.1, whenever there is any Video on a webpage, it automatically prompts me to download via IDM.

Hi , You can use Firefox and the add-on "Video DownloadHelper 4.9.5" to download videos from most of the websites. It is very easy to use. RealPlayer "http://in.real.com" too has an option to download videos from browsers. Install it to check whether it works. Hope this helps :)

I use IDM licensed version (yes! I purchased it :cool2:). Its the best when it comes to downloading a video from any website including YouTube of course.
