How to enable sharing on modem? (Reliance BB,ZTE)

Hi can someone please tell me how to enable sharing on my broadband modem? It was initially set by reliance people.But now after resetting the modem it got disabled.In short the internet light on the modem should also be lit along with the DSL,power and ethernet ones

We are splitting the internet to 3 computers using an ethernet switch..right now only one computer can be online due to this.Reliance people do this by logging into modem,some cmd steps etc..but i couldnt do all this by myself.
