How to extract single 7z.001 file?

ok, so i had 1 big 5 gb file, which i split into two parts, 4gb and 1gb

i burned the 4gb data into a dvd, and kept the remaining 1gb, which my friend accidentally deleted

is there any way to recover that data on the dvd?

i tried extracting it, says cannot extract

its just the 7z.001 file remaining now,
